Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of products in the eStore of Rocketgran AG (hereinafter referred to as Rocket Gran eStore) and to all information, documents, graphics, films, music and/or any other services provided to you in the eStore or through the Rocketgran AG.
The Drawings, illustrations, images, sample collections, information, technical data, weight, dimensions, and performance descriptions shown on the Rocket Gran eStore are non-binding and may vary from the final product. Product changes are reserved.

Conclusion of contract and withdrawal
By presenting our products, you are invited to submit a purchase offer in the form of an order. If we accept your offer or order, you will generally receive an email confirmation within one hour. Of course, we will also notify you by email if we are unable to accept your order.
Should the goods be unavailable despite acceptance of your order, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we undertake to inform you immediately of the unavailability of the ordered goods and, if the purchase price has already been charged, will promptly refund the purchase price. Order quantities must correspond to normal household quantities. Discounted items are non-returnable.
Delivery and shipping costs
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer. All deliveries are sent by Swiss Post. Please note that all information regarding delivery times is provided without obligation for the customer. Rocket Gran eStore , unless a fixed delivery time has been promised. The goods are exchangeable within 14 days of receipt.
Since we ship from Switzerland, we are legally obligated to pay 8.0% VAT (also known as sales tax). This VAT is included in the sales prices. For orders from outside Switzerland, the applicable sales tax and any applicable customs duties apply. These are not included in the displayed sales price and are due separately and will be collected directly by customs.

All prices include VAT for orders from Switzerland. Until full payment is received, the goods remain our property and will not be shipped.
Contributions
If you have any ideas, comments, questions, data, graphics or similar to the Rocket Gran eStore , they become the exclusive property of Rocketgran AG. Submissions will be considered non-confidential, and we will use or disclose them in any manner without obligation or notice to you. Submissions or any other information you send to us should not be or contain any offensive, pornographic, defamatory, blasphemous, unlawful material, or any material that violates any existing law, whether civil, criminal, or religious. You acknowledge that everything you submit is your own property and that you have not copied it, in whole or in part, from any third party. Please do not send us anything that requires confidentiality.
Retention of title
We reserve ownership of the purchased item until all claims arising from the delivery contract have been paid in full.
Warranty and liability
For all products in the For products purchased from the Rocket Gran eStore , the warranty period is 12 months from the date the goods leave our premises. In the event of a warranty claim, the products must be submitted directly to Rocketgran AG. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The warranty covers all defects that occur within the agreed warranty period, provided they can be proven to be caused by poor materials or faulty manufacturing. Discounted goods are excluded from exchange.
However, liability is limited, at the discretion of the guarantor, to repair, replacement, or reimbursement of the invoice value of the defective goods. Further claims by the buyer are excluded. In particular, Rocke Gran is not liable for damage resulting from improper use or natural wear and tear, or for damage not caused to the delivered item itself (consequential damage). Modifications or repairs performed without our written consent or the manufacturer's, as well as non-compliance with the general terms and conditions, void the warranty.
Data protection
All personal data will be treated confidentially. The data required for business transactions will be stored and shared only with the necessary affiliated companies for order processing. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding data protection and personal data.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
All contracts are subject exclusively to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
DANGER: For orders outside of Switzerland, the applicable sales tax and any customs duties of the respective country apply. These are not included in the displayed sales price and are due additionally and will be collected directly by customs. Delivery times may be delayed due to customs duties! Rocketgran AG has no influence on the amount of the fees or the duration of customs processing.
